3) Payments & Deposits

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4) Revisions

Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.

5) Project Timelines

Delays may occur due to:

Kode Nests is not liable for missed launch dates caused by client delays or third-party issues.
6) Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full payment:
The client owns the final website design and deliverables
Kode Nests retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials
Any third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock images) remain subject to their original licenses.
7) Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Projects may involve third-party services such as:
Hosting providers
Payment gateways
Plugins & APIs
Analytics tools
Kode Nests is not responsible for outages, security issues, pricing changes, or failures caused by these external providers.
8) Maintenance & Support
Ongoing maintenance is only provided if included in a support plan or separate agreement.
Without an active maintenance plan, Kode Nests is not responsible for:
Website errors after launch
Security breaches
Plugin conflicts
Software updates
9) Acceptable Use
Clients may not use websites built by Kode Nests for:
Illegal activities
Copyright infringement
Fraud or scams
Malware or harmful distribution
Hate speech or prohibited content
We reserve the right to terminate services if violations occur.
10) Limitation of Liability
Kode Nests is not liable for:
Business losses
Revenue decline
SEO performance
Data loss
Downtime caused by hosting or third parties

Payments are not made
Communication stops
Clients remain responsible for payment of all completed work up to termination.
